This got on my computer when I had brief interruption of Norton's
subscription. Nothing tried is able to remove it. It is just about freezing
my computer up and allowing other spyware in each time I turn it on.

I need help to rid myself of this. Help please.

The name of this spyware was partly cut off in your post. Could you give the
full name again and tell what scanners are detecting it? Also, please give
the file path detected by the scanner that is finding it. With that info,
someone might be able to assist you better.
