Malware-Adware unmoveable

When I try to open a blank IP, it goes to: http://www.oneclickseaches.com/
Beside the Website I'm not wanted; also popup like "Microsoft Internet Explorer"
warning: Yor PC is infected with spyware.
Warning! Your private date, Credit Card No. etc may be used by malefactors in some criminal actions.
Click "OK" button to get list of available AntiSpyware products
If I click OK, the page goes many Advertisement of Viagra spyware etc.
if I click cancel, the whole page and all other webpage close at once (before McAfee install).
If I click No or cancel, it enlarge full size and goes to http://www.oneclicksearches.com/ also (now after some works).

I tried to go >Tool>Internet Option>View File. You know how? Ha! again, all webpage disappear.
After McAfee 6 installed, only little effects shown. Sometime it warns:
The current Web page is trying to open a site on the Internet. Dou you want to allow this?
Current site: ad.double-click.net
Internet site: m.2mdn.net
Warning: allowing this can expose your computer to security risks. If you don't trust the current Web page, chose No.

I can use the shortcut key to open a website that works some time, sometime that page not show.
The worse is the Malware (???ware) appear anytime unexpectedly. Special when you want to download a anti-spyware, the

I downloaded from above Malware Scanner 2.2.0.0, Webrood Spy Sweeper 4.0 and spywareblaster 3.4/4.0. All these not workable.
Some wasted long time,indicate many many ???ware. Force you to click OK to BUY. I believe these programs instead of move away, make itself something hide into your computer.

Quite a long story, big trouble!
Any urgent help?
Please try not advice to edit registry, because I am no good for that.
