Malicious Script Detected

Whenever I reboot my system, I get the above message, and the following
information.

Object: File System Object
Activity: Get Special Folder
C:\Document...\Windows Timer.hta

I always stop the script. Is this a virus or is it ok to run this script?

Please help.
