malfunctioning security agent

when the security alert agent pops up asking if i want to
allow it only allows me to block.If i wish to allow it
keeps popping up like a mad thing every time i press allow
Can anyone help it is driving me frantic.

on the microsoft ANtispyware pop-up alert there should be
a checkbox with message remember this action. check it
and you won't see the pop-aler anymore.
