I downloaded a p2p file-sharing program a couple of days ago. I got the
usual bundle of spyware with it, so I used Spybot and uninstall to get rid of
them. I went to a website to test my download speed, and it included a
pop-up. Instead of blocking the pop-up but giving me the option to allow
pop-ups on that site, windows just blocked it. The bar that usually shows up
under my address bar just flashed, then went away. I no longer have the
option to allow pop-ups on certain sites. I tried uninstalling SP2 then
installing it again, but it did not help. Can I ever get this option back?
