making outlook express default

having trouble getting outlook express as default in Tools/internet
options/programs. Under newsgroup i have two options microsoft outlook and
outlook express. This is set at outlook express. Under emails I only have one
option which is microsoft outlook. I want outlook express, how do i get it?
 
Do it from with OE? Tools-> Options-> tab General

For futher assistance ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft
Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
