making distribtion list from folder or category

I would like to know if there is a way to make a
distribution list automatically from all of my received
emails that I have moved to a specific folder or from a
category of e-mails. I made a rule for a mailing list
that moves every e-mail with the suject line "add to
mailing list" into a folder named "mailing list". How do
I then make a distribution list from those emails?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Depends on your Outlook version and the format of the addresses in the
emails, neither of which you mentioned.
If you've set up categories already, I'm not sure I see the need to create
DL's as well. You can use Categories the same way you would a DL.
