Making Business Contacts available in Outlook

Guest

When I start a new email message in Outlook 2003 SP2, and click on "To",
neither my BCM Accounts nor BCM Business Contacts are available for me to
select.

Does anyone know how I can make BCM Accounts & BCM Business Contacts availe
for selection when "To" is clicked?

When you click on "To" the "Select Names" dialogue box opens. In the upper
right corner there is a "Show Names from the" field with a drop down arrow.
Click on this this to display the Business Contacts Names. Select this and
that will then load them to select from.

There is no 'Business Contact Names' when I do that. That is the problem for
which I'm searching for help.

Any suggestions?

Display the Properties dialog for your Business Contacts folder, and check the box on the Outlook Address Book tab.
