Making an Access Program able to stand alone.

I am creating a program that I would like to sell to people who may
not have Access currently on their computer. I have heard of runtime,
but am not sure how to get it or use it. Thank you for any input.
 
You have to purchase the developers edition of the version of Access you are
using. If you have 2003, I believe it's called Developer's Extensions.
