Make XP start the intro again?

When you load XP for the first time it walks you through some wizards to set
up new accounts and register the computer. Once you have completed that is
there a way to make it do it again with out reloading the computer?

However if you state exactly what you want to do, someone here can probably
tell you an easy way to do it.

Oh, god, I wish I could get *rid* of all that crapware every time I install
XP on machines... :-(
