Make XP look like 98

How can I make XP look like Windows 98? I like all the
looks much better.
 
Go into Control Panel, Desktop and change the Theme to "Windows Classic" and
click OK. Now, right-click on your task bar and choose Properties, then
click on the Start Menu tab and select "Classic Start Menu".

Right-click on the Desktop.
Select Properties
Select Appearance
In the "Windows & buttons" box,
change to "Windows classic style"
