Make this folder private

Mad

Hi,
OS: WinXP Pro with SP1a & all other Windows critical patches.

Problem: I want to make few folders private but the box to select it is
grayed :-(

Anyone know how to make it work?

TIA

I think one of the *needs* to activate this, is NTFS, I don't think it works
on FAT32, but I might be wrong on this.....

You'll probably find your file system is FAT32, in order to get
higher security facilities you'll need to convert the drive to
NTFS

Start
Run
type
CMD
press enter

type
convert /?
press enter

to view the switches and options for the command.

Typically
CONVERT C: /FS:NTFS
press enter
will run the command
