make heading stationairy

I am trying to make a heading row with different names phone # email ect. I
do not want this heading to move. How can I make it stationairey so that data
entered below heading will scroll underneath the heading?

Say your header row is row 1.
Select cell A2
Goto Window>Freeze Panes
