make 2nd drive the boot drive

I just installed a new IDE drive on my Dell Dimension,
Windows XP Home. I wnat to change the older drive(which
is the boot drive and has the system files to the 2nd
drive) How do I make my new drive, the boot drive (C:)
and the the old drive the 2nd drive.

Go out and purcahse Noron's Ghost 2003 and that will
help you
