Major Woes - Moving or Copying photos Corrupts them!

Hello to all,

I am having some major issues here. I have lost so many photos that I am
about to explode! Any time that I move some photos from one folder to
another, the photos only show up as a Windows Fax/Photos viewer icon. The
photos still have their original size in MB but when I view them in either
Windows or PS-CS2, they are just white pages with a "No Preview Available"
shown! Then if I try to move them again, it says access denied!? This has
happened to me for the past two weeks and I have lost over 200 amazing
photos. Then I managed to move a folder that had done this and after I moved
that one, the photos are gone, the folder says it is empty but I cannot
delete it as it tells me "Access Denied"?!?!?!? I just moved some RAW CR2
files into their own folder and it did it again!!!!! I have just lost those
as well. Adobe cannot read them now and tells me the are not correct files.
What is going on!?! Why the missing photos and access denied? THis has never
happened to me before and I have lost so many important photos! =( If anyone
has any ideas or suggestions, please oh please throw me a bone. Cheers!

I would suggest that you run a full system
virus scan using the most recent definitions.
