Major sound an video skip probs

i have a amd 64 3000 with gig of ram on a laptop running c-media ac97 on
board sound card, ive tried updateing the sound drivers, formating the comp
numerous times, downloading mp10, using the original driver cd, closing
programs, using different programs, re installing drivers, roll back drivers,
restore. i dont think thers ne thing else to try please help

thanks but its too much mider trawling through all those links got any other

Well - IF all that information is 'Too Much" then take the F***ing thing to
a shop, open yer wallet an pay the man $$$$$$$$ to fix it!!!!!!
Otherwise - try to learn something other than the "easy" way out!!!
