Major problem with windows XP F10 key not working to boot disk

Went to reformat computer using a Windows 98 disk to wipe
the hard drive. the disk would not work but now nothing
does...cannot enter system recovery now. computer came
with no disk, it's on the F10 partition! Can only now
enter BIOS mode. Upon logging on in DOS, receive Master
Boot Drive Error. Please help!

Get a bootdisk from www.bootdisk.com and use FDISK to remove all
partitions from the disk, then re-setup the disk.
