Major problem with NVIDIA upgrade and Quickbooks.

After downloading the latest NVIDIA driver from microsoft
update site I was unable to use the backup feature in
Quickbooks Pro. After I turned off the Nview Desktop
manager I was able to backup my Quickbooks files with no
problems. This problem cost me both time and a call to
Quickbooks which I had to pay fore. Microsoft and NVIDIA
owe my $75.00. Microsoft should test the driver updates
they offer before making them available to the public.

for one, dont use MS drivers - ALWAYS use the manufactuers driver go to
www.nvidia.com - this is likely Nvidia fualt NOT MS as MS does not design
the drivers NVIDIA does and NVIDIA puts them through the WHQL testing only
then will MS test it, so this is an issue between BOTH Quickbooks and
NIVIDIA, not MS.
