Major PC Problems...maybe

Not sure why but I've been experiencing some problems lately that I don't
know how to fix. Certain problems with IE where links won't open and will
force me to use it with no add-ons. I also recently tried to update iTunes
and the download will suddenly quit part-way through. I've done a system
restore back to a date before the problems existed but I always seem to get
them back. I recently purchased Norton System Works hoping it might help but
one of the programs included couldn't load due to a hard-drive or partition
problem. I'm at a loss but don't want to take it in if it's a problem I can
fix. Please help!

try right clicking on the drive with the issues and select properties then do
a disk cleanup, then go over to tools and use a couple of them in there....
then see if your program can be installed...
