Mainboard / Processor Sanity Check

Can someone confirm/dispute that this processor:

AMD Sempron 64 2600+ Palermo 1.6GHz 128KB L2 Cache Socket 754
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16819104249

....is a match for either of these motherboards:

Foxconn K8S755A-6ELRS 754 SiS 755 ATX AMD Motherboard
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16813186068

BIOSTAR NF325-A7 754 NVIDIA nForce3 250 ATX AMD Motherboard
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16813138247

Also, any opinions about the relative quality of these to boards is also
welcomed.

They both get similar reviews. The Foxconn board appears to have a bit
better spec, but I've found more people complaining about Foxconn's
support. I've at least worked with a Biostar motherboard before, but
don't have much experience with either manufacturer.

It might be an E6, but because the redesigned amdcompare.com is such
a mess, you won't be getting any info on it. Amdcompare.com was also
designed, so it couldn't be archived (properly), which is why you
cannot go to the main archived page, and do any better. I had
trouble even digging up this reference. I think the way the old site
worked, was a lot better than what they've got now.

In dealing with a NF325-A7, in the last message in this thread,
Brian got the Sempron 2600+ working in the NF325-A7. He couldn't
get a Mobile to work, and it took some encouraging before he
bought a desktop processor for testing.

Foxconn lists the following as a compatible Sempron 64 processor:

Foxconn has given me the skinny:
2600+(1.6G,REV.E6,458WD326,ES),

The "458WD326" is the version of the mainboard's BIOS they've tested
with the specified processor, and the "ES" means "Engineering Sample,"
which should match up with the production chips.
Do I have to worry that description does not include *all* AMD Sempron
64 (Slot 754) 2600+ processors?

As for this, the board is compatible with a Revision E6 processor, which
I can identify from the chip's OPN.
