Main IDX file

I use AOL. I get a message that my main IDX file is damaged. I'm having trouble viewing webpages and downloading
I reinsatalled the AOL software, but that has not worked. How do I fix it?

Try this go to the c:\program files\AOL 8.0 or wherever your aol is
installed

Then copy the main.idx file from the BACKUP folder to the IDB folder...then
restart AOL.

Make sure AOL is closed when doing the above.
