Mailmerge to Outlook from Word datasource

Hi!

Hope this makes sense - I want to know if it's possible to send an email to
recipients whose email addresses are currently in a Word datasource table -
as opposed to creating a new email group as well. There are about 70
addresses so if we can avoid having to type them into an email group that
would be good!
 
A Word Table can be used as a datasource in a merge.
