Mailer-daemon message locks up outlook

I have 1 user (using outlook 2000 IMO)who has been trying to send an email
with 10 meg attach. She always gets a autoresponse from mailer-daemon and
when she tries to open or forward it locks up her outlook program. All else
works ok and we can delete it.

any clues??
 
First thing to try is to reduce the size of the attachment. Compress it,
break it into pieces, etc.
