Mailbox overlimit message instead of returned mail

Hi, I was just moved from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003, and now i find that
instead of popping up a message saying I cannot send an e-mail because I have
exceded my 10 MB mailbox server storage space, I can send the e-mail and
afterwards get a returned mail saying It cannot be delivered because of lack
of space.

Any Idea on how to go back to de pop up message?
