mailbox closed

i keep getting message from 'system administrator' to say my mailbox is
either over its size limit or closed. My mailbox is well within its limits
according to 'mailbox size' tool and I have auto archive set up. WHATS THE
PROBLEM!!!!

May be this message comes form your ISP? If so, please check via web
mail your avaible space of your email account.
