MAIL TRANSMISSION STOPPED FOR ATTACMENT SIZE: NO WAY OUT

A

Andylxi

I tried to send a message with an attachment too big (28MB) and my Outlook
2007 got stuck with this message in the mail out "basket", and there is no
way of taking it out of there, erasing it or any other way of getting rid of
this mail.
Can anybody suggest what to do?

Usually the simplest way to do it is to open the email in your Outbox, close
it, and then try to delete it. If that doesn't work, try taking Outlook
offline: File > Work Offline. If you still have an issue, try opening Outlook
in safe mode: Start > Run > outlook.exe /safe.

Let me know if any of those solutions work or not.
