Mail Time Stamp doesn't match system time

Hi.

I'm using Office 2003 Pro and have recently run into a
problem with the time stamps on received mail - they are
an hour behind system time. For example, if an email is
received at 10:15 AM the Outlook time stamp says that it
was received at 9:15 AM. This problem occurs on all mail
accounts regardless of server. It does not happen with
outgoing mail.

Any ideas are appreciated.

Thanks.

Both Windows and Outlook must agree on time zone and DST settings.
