Hi to all experts in this field. We are currently finding ways to measure the emails we received in our outlook 2007 corporate mailbox. Is there a way to count the email we received/send per user using VBA Programming and count the response time from the time we received the email and time until we reply to that email and put it into one database with different user accessing one corporate mailbox.
