mail setup

When setting up vista mail, I'm asked the POP3 & Incoming What am I supposed
to put in there. I have another email, but trying to set this one up.

Follow the money... ask your ISP or email provider.
 
To ask your ISP what the settings are, try visiting their web site. Most
have instructions giving configurations for the various mail applications on
their home page or a link to same. If not, you can usually e-mail their
support people from their web site.
