mail server resetting itself to incorrect

I am having a problem with Outlook Express resetting my pop3 server to
127.0.01 instead of pop-server.cinci.rr.com

I deleted my e-mail account and reinstalled it and after rebooting it came
up with this 127.0.01 as the mail server again instead of
pop-server.cinici.rr.com like it is supposed to be. Can anyone help?

thanks in advance

First off, if you haven't done so already, you might want to
post this question to the Outlook Express newsgroup.

Check to see if you have some sort of spam filtering software
installed on your computer. The type of behavior you describe
is often caused by a program designed to stop spam.

Good luck
