Yes, I have done that.. this is what I have.
(e-mail address removed) needs to go into the folder in the inbox called
company. my mail rule says any incoming sender with the "@company.com" goes
to the company folder in the inbox.
I have (e-mail address removed) and I want that e-mail to go into the
inbox/company/sue jones folder. I created a mail rule that says if the
sender is "(e-mail address removed)" put it in the sue jones folder in
inbox/company/sue jones.
Right now anytime sue jones sends an e-mail it just goes into the company
folder.
Outlook use to have a way to say if anyone from "@company.com" put it in the
company folder EXCEPT if it is from (e-mail address removed).
Anyone?
THanks!

Create a folder.
Create a rule to move the message to that folder.

No. I would like the message to go into a folder other than the inbox.

Windows Mail message rules are identical to those found in Outlook
Express.
Can that "one folder" for non-specific emails be the Inbox? If so, just
have a
rule that directs mail from that specific sender into a custom folder.

I am trying to setup a mail rule that will place incoming e-mail into
one
folder except when it is from a specific user. I could do that with XP
but
vista does not seem to have that option. Is it possible? can anyone
help?
Thanks!
