mail mergering access to word document

When trying to mail merge access database to word document, the currency
field is not displaying the correct dollar amount. If the amount if $495.65
is is showing this, but if the amount is $400.00. The 400 is showing only
and not the decimal and the zeroes.

Create a query, and use the Format function on the field (as opposed to
setting the Format property).
