trying to print labels using microsoft word and outlook 2003. If i pick,
select a different list, than it gives me choices under "my data sources",but
no matter what i pick threre, nothing shows up. if i pick a txt file i saved,
than it goes to a "header record delimiters" box and no matter waht i pick
for "field delimiter" or "record delimiter" whatever that is, it doesn't
divide \up the colums, fields correctly. If i put select from outlook
contacts, i get a select contact list folder, with many duplicate files of
same thing, but when i pick one of those i get a "data link properties" box
and it wants me to select a database name? i don't know what they want, and
if i skip that i get an error box, operation cannot be competed because of
dialog or database engine failures. try again later". If i try mail merge
from microsoft outlook, i have to fill out another box about contacts and
exisitng documents, if i do that than microsoft word opens and i am back
wherre i started, or it tells me to complete setup i have to push "setup"
button in section 1 of mailmerge helper dialog.,,,,,,tgab u an back to
Microsoft word. i did it before now it won't work. in word if i get to
address block and update all it tells me thre are too few data fields in some
labels..but even so nothing shows up when i preview.

If you want to merge to Outlook, start the merge from Outlook. That way you
won't have to be confused by making a choice of your data source.
