Mail Merge problems

Hi,

I'm having problems exporting my contacts to word for labels. Every time I
select the Mail Merge feature from Outlook and select to export the Outlook
Address Book to Word, there are formatted label boxes in the document but no
data inside of it. What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance...

You did not post your versions.
In Outlook/Word 2002/2003 there is an extra step required to create mailing
labels. Instructions here:
