Mail Merge

HI..
outlook 2003 user.
I have an html invatatin to sent out, and a list of 300+ recipients e-mail
adresses in a .csv file. I do not need them to see each others eemail
addresses
The first cell I have has a header (e-mail) when I do a mail merge, using
the wizard, everthing seems to be OK, however the mail does not go out.
( the email adresses do not appear in the BCC or To fields.)

Do I need more fields? should i use adiiferesnt type of data file?
HELP!
