Mail Merge

"Merge" button appears grey. No problem collecting data
but at stage 3 of the Mail Merge Helper the "Merge"
feature has suddenly become unavailable.
 
You would need to post your versions and precise steps used for anyone to
answer. Having trouble reading minds today.
