mail merge zip code

Creating mail merge with Outlook contacts into Word for labels, I select
Insert Address Block in Word then each time have to "Match the Fields" for
Zip Code. I save my template with the fileds matched correctly (Word uses
Postal Zip Code and OUtlook field is called Zip Code) but next time I use
that same label template saved in Word the Zip Code is missing from label and
I have to go back and Match the Fields again.

Is there a fix for this? one of the updates? Using Word 2003 and Outlook
2004

Hi,
I am having a similar problem. Did you ever find a solution to permanently
matching the zip cod field?

No - I never got an answer.

However, if you manually place each field you want instead of using the
"Address Block" it works fine.

Also, I had some success setting up the Mail Merge starting from Word 2003
and selecting Outlook as the data source instead of starting the merge from
Outlook 2003
