Mail Merge Frustration

Hello!

I upgraded Outlook to the 2003 version. It told me I needed Word 2003 to be
compatible for Mail Merge which I did. I finally figured out how to create
labels but the zip codes were left out and the left column of labels were
missing the first letters or numbers of the address. Help!

Can't possibly help until you provide the precise steps you are using.
How else could we know what you are doing wrong?
