Mail Merge Word2003

Any help:

In Word 2000 in order to "mail merge" to make mailing labels from an excel
address list, after one went to Tools/mail merge, there was the command
"Create" get data etc. which works fine.
How does this work in W 2003? There is no "Create" get data from another
source etc.
