Mail Merge to email

When using a mail merge to email, is it possible to have an attachment?

Also, how do I do it direct from Outlook 2003? I found an article which said
to go to the "Mail Merge" function under the tools menu but I don't seem to
have it there... should it be there?

I can work out how to do it from Word but not direct from outlook.

No attachments with Outlook (there are add-ins that will)

Select the specific Contacts you want to merge to, then Tools | Mailmerge |
to email | write the subject line and you're on the way!
