Mail merge from word to outlook

Does anyone know how I could merge forms or letters to a
group in Outlook. I know how to send one letter to a group
but not a personnalized letter to each recipient in a
group in Outlook.

Define what you mean by group. Outlook does not use groups.
 
You can highlight multiple contacts (CTRL + click or sort by a category and
select the category as another example). Then go to Tools, Mail Merge and
setup your mail merge (letter, envelope, etc.). You can use an existing
file (just have to add the Outlook header info to the mail merge) or create
a new one in Word with the Outlook fields for your merge.
