mail merge for printing labels

When I am asked to set up the document to insert the merge field I get "auto
merge field" instead of "first name" ",last name", address, city and state
which I have used before. How can I get the latter option?

Hi Bob,
Pay attention to the details and the Labels size, always print one page
first on blank page not labels one and see if the Fields are the ones you
intended to use for your mail merge.
