Mail merge being blocked by Administrator

Hi,

I'm running XP Professional and Office 2003 and I am the administrator.
But when I try to import my Access data base list through MS Word I get the
prompt that I am not authorized and must contact the Administrator!

1. Is there a way to make the computer recognize me and allow the transfer
of data?
2. Is there a way to completely get rid of the security feature so there
won't be any more problems?

Grab my sample word merge. It ignores security, and besides, you will find
it makes a word merge as easy as pie...

It might be helpful but in all my attempts to access Access, I can no longer
even get to my data list. Dead in the water. So a different merge format
cannot help at this time although I will check.
