Mail keeps repeating!

My mail keeps stopping at one of my addresses when downloading, and the rest
keeps showing the same emails that I have deleted, about 6 times so far, I
wonder if I'm going to get any new mail! I have to stop the download as it
will not finish scanning my addresses and displaying the mail, does anyone
have a solution? :-)

There's probably a corrupt message on the server.
Log onto the webmail portal to your email account, and delete the messages
you keep getting, and delete the next one (which is probably bad).
