mail in outbox

I have attempted to send a pic that was too big and it won't go through. I no
longer want to send this picture and would like to remove it from the
"Outbox" Suggestion Please.
 
Stop your Internet connection. Restart Windows Mail. Open the
Outbox folder. Delete the message.
