Mail Identities

I installed SP 2 several times and everytime after I had problems with
mail identity and login,I really do not know if the problem is caused by
SP 2.
When I opened Oulook to check my email after installing SP 2 it opened
fine.The next time the login window opened to access my mail.It asked
for a password for my one and only email account which has just opened
previously. I never assigned a password to this account.I can make a new
identity and login in,I can not import my old folders or address book
into the new account.
Is there a way to find the password or my old settimgs since the account
name is under switch users???

I deleted the Account in the registry and made a new one.Problem resolved.
Everything else seems A-OK so far with SP 2 install!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
