dont know password on my identity login

does anybody know how to get round identity login, i dont know my password,
cant remember what i put, i cant use outlook for my emails
 
You can get a program from the internet that will permit you to boot into
Linux, change the administrator password to null, then log in as
administrator and change passwords on any account. Hope this helps.
