Mail from DSL server has stopped coming over to Windows mail

Mail has stopped coming over from DSl server for the last 6 days. With aid
from DSL customer service we lowered the setting on the firewall, that has
not solved the problem. Cannot say that I am a big fan of Windows Mail.
 
Disable any third party security software. McAfee and Norton
antivirus will need to be uninstalled. Windows Firewall and Windows
Defender are fully compatible with Windows Mail and those will not
need any adjustments.
