Mail Folders Language

Dear All,
i have problem with the mail folder names (inbox, sent items, etc...) in
outlook 2003. it appears in two languages (Arabic and English).

my client wants them all in english. at the begining I thought this is
related to the office interface language and I changed it to english but it
doesn't work. it only affected the menues.
the only solution I got (and im using now) is to delete the mail box for
that user from the exchange server and then create it again and configure the
his account again.
this solution is not always good especially when you have a user with big
size mail box.
I feel there's better thing to do than what im doing now. can someone help me?

thanks in advance

The initial naming of the folders is the same as the localized version of
Outlook being used. To match the names of the folders with the localized
version of Outlook start Outlook with the /resetfoldernames switch.
