How come i recived this email after the orignal comes to my email box?

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

myemailaddress

Technical details of permanent failure:
PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 9): 553 5.3.0 <(myemailaddress>... Unknown
User

This is my email address but only certain emails come threw. People are
telling me that when they send an email it bounces back to them. How do i fix
this and the problem above?
Ps I did not display my email address.

For your sending issue. Make sure you've got your SMTP server configured
correctly. You may need to select to use authentication on the outgoing
(SMTP) server. Account Settings-> More Settings...

For the receiving issue.
When they send to you is bounces? That is an ISP issue. You'll need the full
DNR the senders receive back when reporting it to your ISP.
